We are thrilled to announce that Forage Safaris won the award for the best Emerging Business at the Busselton Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and Dunsborough Chamber of Commerce awards, held on Friday 17 October at the beautiful Aravina Estate.

Forage Safaris had been nominated in four categories, of which we are extremely proud of. They were:

  • Sole Trader

  • Innovation

  • Environmental Responsibility

  • Emerging Business

Receiving the award, Jan Stewart thanked all those who helped her on this journey including Fiona Wood, Sana Turnock from the IPS Small Business Support, Hippo Lakes Cafe, farmers and producers, the BCCI for not only sponsoring this award, but also for their professional support; and of course her family and friends, of which she could not have got here without their full support.

Despite the rain Aravina Estate put on a fabulous evening with a delicious three course meal, along with a selection of their finest wines for everyone to enjoy. A big thank you must also go to Abby Murray Photography, who as always, captured the evening, the emotions and the celebratory moments for us to treasure.
