Join in for an exclusive Taste of Tuscany in Margaret River - curated by Forage Safaris, this intimate full-day escape invites small groups to create authentic Italian dishes alongside celebrated chef Sioban Sargent of Wildwood Valley Cooking School, paired perfectly with Leah Clearwater from the Margaret River Wine Academy.

During the course of the day, be educated and guided through wine and food pairings with a handpicked selection of Margaret River’s finest Italian varietal wines.

With a maximum of 12 people, this epicurean adventure is a unique Margaret River food and wine adventure, sure to please all palates.

What to expect:

• 8:45am collected from your Busselton, Dunsborough or Yallingup hotel by Forage Safaris

• Start the day with a delicious light breakfast at Merchant & Maker in Dunsborough

• Gather around the kitchen table to start the inter active Italian cooking school with chef Sioban - preparing a five course Tuscany feast

• Sip, taste, mix, chop & pour - enjoying lots of food tastings, along with refreshments including tea & coffee during the course of the day

• As the cooking nears completion, Leah will enlighten and educate the group on food and wine pairing, with local Margaret River Italian style wines to round up the cooking school experience

• Enjoy the Italian feast for lunch whilst seated around the table, complete with wine pairing

• Enroute home, stop and visit a local producer
